Our response to COVID-19

To our valued clients...our sincerest and best wishes go out to those most affected by the Coronavirus. We hope you and your employees are healthy and safe. In response to the recommendations of our state and local governments, effective immediately all employees of Eureka Insurance Solutions are working from home until further notice. Please be assured that our knowledgeable staff and proprietary service process is well equipped to handle such a scenario as this. Other than the obvious cancellations of any in-person meetings, you can expect no change to the level of efficient and accurate service you have come to expect from our Client Care Services team. Our office hours remain the same and response times to your emails and phone calls remain unchanged as well. In other words, it's business as usual. Feel free to lean on us with any needs related to your health insurance accounts, including any access to care needed for Coronavirus related illness. For your information, below you will find press releases from the California Department of Managed Healthcare and from the Office of the Insurance Commissioner, Ricardo Lara, regarding access to COVID-19 screening and testing.
