Billing is provided by Integrity Administrators. ACH is available at no charge, monthly invoices are paperless.

The fee schedule is below:

$25- initial setup fee for new groups

$23.50- Monthly processing fee

$25- NSF Payment returned

$20- Late fee if premium is not received by 10th of month

$50- Reinstatement fee for non-payment
